Making Continuity in Care a Reality
Arise Nursing Recruitment Agency
Arise Nursing Recruitment supplies highly skilled carers, senior carers, support workers, and registered nurses to healthcare organisations throughout the United Kingdom. We distinguish ourselves through our commitment to staff development, continuous professional training, and rigorous compliance standards. Every member of our workforce undergoes thorough vetting, mandatory training, competency assessments, and ongoing supervision to ensure the highest standards of care. We actively gather feedback from clients and partner organisations to continuously improve our services. By investing in our people and maintaining robust quality assurance processes, we provide reliable, compassionate, and professional healthcare staff that organisations can trust.
Arise Nursing Domicilary Services
Arise Nursing Homecare Services delivers high-quality domiciliary care across the Torfaen and Monmouthshire areas of South Wales, enabling service users to remain safe, comfortable, and independent within their own homes and communities. Our approach is founded on the belief that outstanding care is built through consistency, trust, respect, and meaningful relationships.
Making continuity in care a reality is central to how we deliver our services. We recognise that continuity of care is fundamental to achieving positive outcomes, promoting emotional wellbeing, and building confidence. Service users are supported by a small, consistent team of familiar carers who understand their routines, preferences, communication styles, and individual aspirations. This relationship-centred approach fosters trust, strengthens therapeutic relationships, and provides reassurance to both service users and their families.
To further strengthen continuity and reliability, our workforce across Torfaen and Monmouthshire are organised into locality-based teams. Staff are allocated to designated postcode areas, enabling carers to provide support within close geographical proximity to the service users they know best. This approach reduces travel time and minimises disruption caused by roadworks, adverse weather conditions, or traffic delays. As a result, service users benefit from greater consistency, improved responsiveness, and the reassurance of receiving support from familiar members of staff. Respecting choice and control is integral to our service delivery. We are proud to say that all our service users are matched with their preferred gender of carer. This commitment reflects our dedication to preserving dignity, respecting cultural and personal values, and ensuring that every individual feels comfortable, safe, and respected while receiving support.
Dignity underpins every aspect of the care we provide. We recognise that a service user’s home is their personal space and should be respected as such. Staff are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism by treating each home with courtesy and respect, seeking permission before undertaking tasks, respecting personal belongings and household routines, and maintaining privacy and confidentiality at all times. Care is delivered in a manner that protects dignity, promotes independence, and acknowledges the service user’s right to make decisions about how support is provided within their own home. Our personalised care and support plans are developed in partnership with service users, their families, and relevant professionals. These plans are regularly reviewed to ensure they remain responsive to changing needs, desired outcomes, and personal goals. The voice of the service user directs the planning and delivery of care, empowering individuals to exercise choice and maintain control over their lives.
At Arise Nursing Homecare Services, making continuity in care a reality means more than ensuring familiar faces. It means delivering care that is reliable, person-centred, and led by the wishes and preferences of the service user. We are committed to promoting dignity, enhancing wellbeing, respecting the sanctity of each person’s home, and supporting every individual to live the life they choose within the comfort and familiarity of their own environment. Through strong leadership, effective workforce planning, and a culture of compassion and accountability, we ensure that every voice is heard, every choice is respected, and every service user remains at the heart of the care we provide.
Arise Nursing simplifying Complex Needs

We believe that complex health needs should never limit a person’s right to choice, independence, meaningful relationships, and an enriched quality of life.
Working in partnership with local health boards, community clinicians, families, and multidisciplinary teams, we deliver coordinated care that is tailored to each service user’s individual needs, preferences, and aspirations. Our highly trained carers undertake specialist training and regular competency assessments to ensure they remain confident and up to date in the safe delivery of delegated clinical interventions.
Our expertise includes supporting individuals who require PEG feeding, suctioning, catheter care, stoma management, medication administration, respiratory support, and other delegated healthcare tasks prescribed and overseen by healthcare professionals. Alongside delivering clinically competent care, we remain committed to seeing the person beyond their diagnosis, promoting wellbeing, maximising independence, and supporting participation in everyday life.
Our teams proactively monitor health and wellbeing, recognising and responding promptly to any changes in condition. Through effective communication and timely escalation to relevant clinicians, we help reduce avoidable hospital admissions, maintain continuity of care, and ensure service users receive the right support at the right time. Families can be reassured that they are not navigating complex care alone. We foster strong partnerships built on trust, transparency, and compassion, ensuring that the voice of the service user remains central to every decision and every aspect of care delivery.Through clinically excellent, compassionate, and responsive support, Arise Nursing Complex Care Team empowers individuals with complex healthcare needs to live with confidence, maintain control over their lives, and achieve the best possible outcomes within the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.
