Adesola is a highly dedicated, committed and experienced registered nurse with a strong background in different areas of healthcare settings. With over 22 years of invaluable hands-on expertise and contributions in the emergency department, surgical unit, care of the elderly, discharge planning, and domiciliary care, Adesola is resolute and passionate about providing compassionate and personalised healthcare services to individuals even in the comfort of their homes.
Adesola’s journey in domiciliary care began with a deep-seated passion for delivering exceptional care to service users’ needs. Over the years, she has honed her skills in administering a wide range of nursing skills and providing comprehensive assessments of service users’ well-being needs.
Eager to make a more significant impact, Adesola firmly believes every individual, regardless of medical, physical, mental, social need, and age deserves to be heard, and their unique needs understood. Her ability to foster open and trust-based communication with service users, their families, and her fellow healthcare professionals has been instrumental in delivering quality care.

She is well-versed in maintaining detailed patient records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the logistical aspects of coordinating care schedules and resources effectively.
Driven by her unwavering belief in the importance of caring and supporting individuals, Adesola took a monumental step by establishing Arise Nursing. The name “Arise Nursing” reflects her vision to transform and make continuity in care a Possibility.
Over the years, Adesola’s dedication and vision fuelled the remarkable growth of Arise Nursing. The company expanded its reach and services, encompassing various areas of nursing care. Today, Arise Nursing stands as a prominent healthcare provider, extending its reach throughout Wales and England.
